THE YALE CENTER FOR CUSTOMER INSIGHTS will hold its 9th annual Customer Insights Conference on May 9 & 10, 2014 in New Haven, Connecticut on the brand new campus of the Yale School of Management. The conference aims to bring together leaders in academia and industry to exchange research and insights related to customer mindset and behavior.
The conference will open with a reception Thursday, May 8th and will conclude midday Saturday, May 10th. There will be a celebratory conference dinner Friday evening.
